Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 5 Easy Feng Shui. We are committed to providing you with high-quality online consultations to help you improve your living or work environment. Please read our Refunds & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking your appointment.
Consultation Fee
A full payment of £49 is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This fee covers our professional time, evaluation of your property, and the delivery of your bespoke digital report.
Cancelling Your Appointment
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us by email at fengshuiherts@gmail.com. We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for all cancellations.
Cancellations Within 24-48 Hours
Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before your scheduled consultation will be eligible for a 50% refund. This partial refund helps cover the time we have already allocated to your project and any initial preparation conducted.
Missed Appointments
If you fail to attend your scheduled video call without prior notification (No-Show), we are unable to offer a refund. We suggest testing your video call link a few minutes before our session begins to ensure everything is working correctly.
If You Send Photos or Videos Instead of a Live Consultation
If you have opted to send a video walkthrough, floor plans, or photos rather than attending a live video call, the fee remains non-refundable once we have begun the analysis of your submitted materials.
Personalised Reports
Our work includes the post-session creation of your personalised spatial improvement strategy. Once your consultation has been completed and your report has been delivered to your email, no refunds will be issued.
Our Cancellation
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule your consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or an alternative appointment time that is convenient for you.
Technical Issues
If persistent technical issues on our end prevent the consultation from taking place, we will reschedule the session at no additional cost or provide a full refund. If the technical issues are on your end, we will do our best to accommodate a brief delay, but we may need to reschedule if the session cannot proceed within the allocated time slot.
Dissatisfaction with the Service
We take pride in our work and aim for complete client satisfaction. If you have concerns about the advice provided in your report, please contact us within 7 days. While we do not offer refunds once a report is delivered, we are happy to provide clarification via email regarding your specific recommendations.
Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law. Please note that because our service is bespoke and begins shortly after booking (preparation/scheduling), certain 'cooling-off' period exceptions may apply.
